Main principles of a corporate plant policy in working with a dealer network
Cooperation means itself obligations as the dealer to the Enterprise, and the Enterprise to the dealer. They consist in the following:
- Becoming our partner, the organization realizes active promotion of JSC "ZTI" production in the market of their location region.
- The basic work direction of the partner should be the realization of JSC "ZTI" production.
- The monthly delivery volume of production to the dealer address should be no less than one eurovan (82 m3).
- Thus, all the promotion of packing in the region market, dealer realizes independently.
The plant from its part undertakes:
- Realize the production delivery in stipulated terms, giving a priority to the partners, not to the new clients.
- Provide the dealer with all necessary advertising production.
- If necessary, together with the dealer to expand his field of activity on the near regions.
- Redirect to the dealer incoming callings from the dealer location region.
- The plant keeps the right to search for big industrial enterprises for cooperation in dealer location region.
